Pounds Lost This Week: -4.4

Total FNF Challenge Pounds Lost: -6.2

NSV's This week: I can fit into some shirts I couldn't button before.

This Week's Motivation: Stay focused so I can continue to lose weight. I am only 1.8 pounds away from losing 20 pounds! Yeah! That is my goal for this week! Exercise, exercise, exercise!

Weekly Summary: Lots of stress still. Hoping my stress level will decrease as I get use to the changes. Ate less this week. Stayed very busy and gone a lot.

It's almost time to get in the car and drive the 15 minutes to pick up my boys from school. Today was their first day. Hoping they had a great day! Here they are this morning before school.

Caden age 5 1/2....He is my baby. Caden is outgoing, loving, happy-go-lucky boy. He was so excited about K today!

Cameron: Age 8

Cam is smart, shy, quiet, and funny.

Hope you all have a healthy, happy day!

  9. Love your post--I'm trying to be patient about waiting for the call so that I can get onto the supply list (our community is really bad for jobs now because of the economy).

Good luck with getting back into the swing of things and congrats on the awesome loss!
