Day 3....Resistance Training

I know, I know...this should be day 4 that I have exercised. Well, like day 1 and day 2 I waited until after 10:00 last night before I decided I better get this exercise in. Well, about that time I started having stomach cramps. Let's just say I couldn't workout. Something else was taking up my time. No exercise on the 3rd day. That means I will have to exercise on Sunday instead.



That should have taught me a lesson. Don't wait until the last minute! 10:00 PM again tonight I decided to do resistance training. I did push ups, biceps, triceps, squats, calf raises, ab work, and more. You will not be able to guess what I used for weights??



It's not that I don't have any weights, I just didn't want to go into the bedroom and wake up hubby. The zucchini caught my eye! I made it work!
