Well, how did I do this past weigh in? I did weigh in on Wednesday...I just didn't post it. So here it is:
Yay back in the 250's!!!! I am down 2.6 pounds!
The 4.6 gain last week was caused mainly due to my cycle. However, I have also been under a lot of stress lately. It's hard for me to concentrate on my weight loss, when after eight years of being a stay at home mom, all of a sudden I am entering the working world again. My youngest is going to K this year. Therefore, it is time. But, I'm so comfortable here!!!
I was a former teacher. I will be subbing this year. I am actually doing a 9 -10 week maternity leave in September. I am excited, but also very nervous. That is a huge responsibility. Plus, trying to prove myself so I will be hired next year. I also have to take the Praxis test in September! UGH! Lots of pressure I put on myself!
I have slacked again on exercise! I am now going to do it for STRESS! It really helps...I need it! I guess I don't deal well with change or stress. I should embrace this opportunity and have more faith! Matthew 17:20 says, "If you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, "Move from here to there," and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you."
It's time to move out of my comfort zone! It may be JUST what I need!
I will not give up, I will not give up, I will not give UP!!!! I will win this battle! And so will YOU!

You will do great on your new teaching/subbing adventure. Believe in yourself and you can do it. Sending lots of luck your way on your diet and going back to work!!!
That is so great that you are in your 250's. I am also in my 250's but I probably should have been in my 230's by now. Oh well, I guess slowly but surely.
