Yes...the scale does not lie...up 1 pound! What's worse...a broken promise to myself again!
I have not exercised every day in May like I said...I'm tired of setting myself up for failure. I'm tired of setting unrealistic goals. You don't say you are going to exercise every day when you haven't been exercising for months. At least I can't...Be careful little lips what you say...Rhonda please do not set yourself up for failure any longer. Make only realistic, obtainable goals and stick with it! I have been so busy lately...this is 6 days late. I know tomorrow's weigh in will not be pretty...Tom has just arrived...I'm praying the 270's are still history.
Time to get back on track!

ReplyDeleteHow about setting a goal of working out for 30 minutes three times a week? That's how I started.
ReplyDeleteI think you're so right about the part in setting realistic and attainable goals. That is why I changed my ultimate goal weight because realistically I knew my "new goal" is much more attainable than the previous one I had set. I think the same goes for our mini goals. Something to always keep in mind.
ReplyDeleteStill share your weigh in for this week...even if it's not what you want to see. I'm here to support you! I know what you're feeling.
