I feel energized! I'm tired of saying I'm going to exercise and then let every other priority take it's place. Yes, it's best for me to exercise in the morning. If for some reason I don't do it then...I will do it at night! I am going to be exercising every week day for the month of May. M-F I will be working out!! No excuses! I pray I will stay well during this challenge I have set for myself. I want to lose the 20 lbs. I set for the 4Th of July Challenge. I want to get into a habit of exercising! How many times did I exercise since last Wednesday?? None, zero, zip! So, this is the day I am beginning. No tomorrow, no next Monday, no soon....TODAY!!
I added a calender to help show my progress!! I'm ready to roll!

Well good for you! I've gotta tell you, this post totally motivated ME! I'm soooo not a morning workout girl, but I do it in the late afternoon which USED to be my prime snacking time so it all works out! Can't wait to see your calender fill up!! :-)
