
I have joined Sean and Kenz water challenge. The challenge is to drink 64 ounces a day. We have all heard that water is good for us. I've also heard drinking half of your body weight in ounces is how much water you should drink. So, for this challenge I will be getting somewhere between 64 oz. and 133 oz of pure water. Nothing will be added to my water. I'm excited to make water a priority again and to see what positive effects come my way.
I already downed 76 ounces so far today...Let's drink up!







I love water. It is basically the only thing I drink all day except for some coffee and maybe a glass of milk.
