4th of July Challenge

I was blog hopping and happened to run into Chubby Chick. She is hosting a 4th of July Challenge. We are to set a goal of how much we want to lose by the 4th. I thought this might help me and motivate me. I know my first goal is 10 lbs. But I thought I should be able to lose 40 pounds by then.

Here is a breakdown of how I will accomplish that:

April: -20 pounds by do the Picture of Health 21 day plan
May: - 10 pounds
June: -10 pounds

40 Pounds!

I have NEVER lost 40 lbs! The most weight I have ever lost was 29 lbs. It seems almost impossible. But with God all things are possible!!!!!

  1. Honestly eating right and excerising has been harder b/c with smoking you don't have to do it but you still have to eat. Good luck!
