I lost 1.6 pounds this week! Woohoo!
I'd like to say I'm totally back on track, but I'm not.
I still struggle being consistent.
I still struggle with exercising.
I struggle even wanting to put in the effort some days. It is so HARD!
I struggle with wanting this weight off NOW!
I have a sinus infection, and have been sick for 10 days now. I'm so ready to feel completely better.
I have to remind myself:


I AM WORTH IT...and so are YOU!
