Wow, time keeps marching on! I am on my way down again. Last
week I totally forgot to weigh in on Wednesday. I am down 2.4 pounds! (From the past 2 weeks) Yay...I'll take it. Finally seeing the scale going in the right direction is motivating. I am ready to get out of the 250's once again.
I'm thrilled I am back at it and did not allow myself to gain all the weight back plus more. I've got to stay on top of this every single day!
Well I'm off to get the 'Shred' in...I'm starting at Day 1 again! What positive steps are you taking today to achieve your goals?
