I have ate good, but have not exercised yet. That seems to be a pattern with me. If I miss over two days of exercising it takes me a while to get back with it! I do not understand why? Since I have realized this about me...then I need to strive to not miss more than two days in a row!
Time to check in with my challenge. This is week 8 in the Fit N Fab Challenge. Here are my stats for the week:
Pounds Lost This Week: -1.8
Total FNF Challenge Pounds Lost: -3.8
NSV's This week: N/A
Exercised: 0
This Week's Motivation: Exercise challenge. I am going to exercise 6 days this week! (At least 20 minutes) Sunday, I will rest. That will be huge for me, but I need a challenge to help get me going. I'm tired of saying I need to do it! I need to put my words into action!! As soon as I hit publish I'm off for day 1!
Weekly Summary: I ate well this week despite more stress coming my way.
Back to exercising.....
Anyone else struggling with being consistent with exercising? What has helped you? Anyone want to join me in the challenge?

Have a healthy week!

ReplyDeleteRhonda,
ReplyDeleteThat is so great. You have been doing awesome. Keep it up, I know you can do it. Thank you for being such a big supporter of mine. I have undeleted my blog and changed the name to So Thankful. Why that name? I just found out I am pregnant. You have been a great bloggy friend to me. I hope your weight loss success continues.

Yay! Way to go Rhonda! This is awesome news girlfriend! :) I'm excited to see you progressing, and of course, I'll let you know how I did tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteHugs!
You are doing wonderful. I have fallen off the healthy wagon. I gained back a few of the 51 lbs I lost. I just can't get motivated to exercise. I hope I find it soon before I put all the weight back on.
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work.
Great! Way to go!
ReplyDeleteI struggle with the exercise consistency, too. I just try to go whenever I can, so some weeks I might go more often to offset the weeks I don't get there often enough.
Bravo Rhonda!!
ReplyDeleteUgh the exercise. I honestly have to force it & if I get off track...same thing, it takes longer to get back into it.
I'm still looking for some type of workout that I really love in hopes that will make it less of a chore.
Have a great week!
