Hi, I hope everyone has had a healthy and a great week so far! I have been stressed to the max, but feel better today. I'm very excited about my picture over there on the right!! I did it!
I lost 2.4 pounds this week! Thank you Lord! I broke out of the 260's!
This is week 6 in the Fit N Fab Challenge. Here are my stats for the week:
Pounds Lost This Week: -2.4
Total FNF Challenge Pounds Lost: -2.2
NSV's This week: Found a bathing suit that looked decent on me. ;o) My size 22 jeans are starting to get loose in the waist.
Day's Exercised: 0
My goal was to break the 3 x week record so far. Didn't happen. ;o(
Inches Lost: 4.5" since the beginning of the challenge. I will measure again August 1st.
This Week's Motivation: To stay out of the 260's FOREVER!!!!!!
Weekly Summary: This week I got to see a picture of a slimmer me! It was very encouraging! Look for a post soon about a giveaway I won, and this slimmer version of myself.
This week has been stressful! I have a lot on my plate. Planning a birthday party, tooth broke off...crown $450.00 our part, going back to work after 8 years of being a SAHM, and my youngest is going to K soon. Just a LOT of change!

Congratulations on your loss and a new weight decade!
ReplyDeleteThings are changing fast for you! Hope it stays manageable and fun/ Congrats on the scales!
ReplyDeleteWay to go, Rhonda. Good luck on going back to work!!
ReplyDeleteYAY! That's wonderful. It's one of the best feelings when you see the numbers on the scale fall after all your hard work. I still remember vividly the feeling as the scale moved from each 10 pound range to the next! Great job!
ReplyDeleteYay! I found it! =) Congrats on your loss! We are both awesome. :)
ReplyDeleteRhonda I have a technical question. How did you get your mp3 player to operate only on demand? I tried to use the same company, and it starts every time you click the page - yuk!
ReplyDeleteIf you have a minute, maybe give me a "shout" back?? :D
Rhonda, Sorry to be a blog hog and take up all your comments, but I actually fixed the mp3 player myself. I used HTML and went inside the matrix and turned the autostart feature off, all by myself! YAY!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Anne
Congrats lady! I've been in the same decade forfreakingever, I know how frustrating it can be to try and break into a new weight! Hope this week has been a good one!
ReplyDeleteAhhh, I'm totally late on saying congratulations, but it is 100% heartfelt.
ReplyDeleteHope this week was better for you (on the stress side) & that you have another awesome WI!
See ya 260s & hello 250s! Whoo-Hoo!
