Back On Track!


I am now back to my regular weigh in days...Wednesday.
Last week I weighed in on Friday to end the 4Th of July
challenge. I like to weigh in on Wednesdays because it is the middle of the week! So this loss this week of .6 pounds is for 5 days. I'll take it! It is now going in the right direction!

I'm excited about being a part of the Fit N Fab challenge. Heather is planting our trees in a grove right now. I cannot wait to see my tree start losing leaves! She has mono right now, so be sure and stop by and give here some love.

Pounds Lost This Week: -.6 (5 days)

Total FNF Challenge Pounds Lost: 0...this WILL change next week!

NSV's This week: n/a

Day's Exercised: 3

Inches Lost: 4.5" since the beginning of the challenge. I will measure again August 1st.

This Week's Motivation: To push past 3 x a week on exercise. That is the most I have done so far! To show a loss for this challenge again!

Weekly Summary: I over indulged on the 4Th, but have been getting back on track!

Room for Improvement for next week: Do what I know I need to do! Exercise at least 4 times this next week! I want my exercise calendar to show improvement each month. So far it is.

Have a healthy week and good luck on your goals this week! I get my hair highlighted finally tomorrow for my 10 pound loss! I'm excited! ;o)
