Well, it's time to dust off the scale for another Weigh In Wednesday. I did not weigh in last week...mistake 1.
I also have heard my boys Easter baskets calling out to me...mistake 2.
I haven't exercised all week....mistake 3.
Well here is the outcome of multiple mistakes in the diet world.
Yep, you can even see on the scale how much I gained from 2 weeks ago. 1.8 pounds!
The good news is...I am going to do better. I am going to start exercising again! I am going to get back to drinking green smoothies again. (Now that the blender works). I am going to stay out of the Easter candy and make healthy food choices. I am going to drink more water. I am going to plan for trips to town. NO eating out this week!
I WILL DO THIS! YOU CAN DO IT! Have a healthy week!
