Funny Fridays...Temptations!

Why do I sabotage my weight loss? I had a good week losing last week. I had just started exercising Monday and Tuesday. Then boom.......Wednesday= no exercise...Thursday= no exercise. Plus tonight I was in town and did not eat before hand. I knew I was going to be in town for at least 4 hours, why did I not pack my dinner? At least a snack and some water? Well, one thing led to the next and I am eating at Taco Bell. 2 Tacos and 1 Mexican pizza with my water. I also manage to eat all of my son's cinnamon twists he left in the car when he got in to go home with Daddy. That is too much food! I then go to my friends house and a couple hours later eat some veggies and fruit. I did pass up the cookies and crackers at her house...I've got to give myself a little credit.

But it doesn't stop there. Oh no, I also stop by Walgreens on the way home to use my register rewards before they expire. I managed to pick up some chocolate and indulge myself once again. Was I hungry?...nope tired. I convinced myself that I needed the chocolate to help my stay awake on my way home. (45 minutes away). SABOTAGE! BINGE! Now I am home and realize when you fail to plan, you plan to fail! That is what happened today. I failed to plan! Planning is key with me and eating healthy! Friday's plan to get back on track! I will exercise and eat good. I will be going on a date night so I will make sure I exercise a little more and eat light so I can make up for eating out again.

This video is what I am thinking about tonight. Enough beating myself up...it's time to forgive myself, move forward, and laugh!
