No More Excuses!

Alright, I'm dragging out the second alarm clock from my yard sale pile that is overtaking my dining room at the moment. I'm setting the alarm to 5:30 AM. I usually get up at 6:00-6:30. No, I'm not consistent on my sleep habits yet. Anyway, NO MORE EXCUSES, I am going to exercise before work tomorrow! To make things even easier, I am off to sleep in my workout clothes; I will be sitting my shoes and socks out tonight, and finding the workout DVD I will choose for tomorrow. It has been at least 2 months since I've exercised. Unacceptable.

Yes, I'm crazy busy! We all are, right? It has got to be a priority. I know I will feel so much better for doing it. I want to be 'moving in May'. Wish me luck...I'm gonna need it!
