New Challenge...21 Days!

A few weeks ago I challenged myself to workout the following week 6 days for a mininum of 20 minutes. Well I met that challenge, eventhough I did a lot of the workouts really late at night. Since then I have not exercised much again. Therefore, it is time for a bigger, better challenge.



I've heard that if you do something for 21 days it will become a habit. I would love for exercise to become a habit. Something I must do. Could it perhaps even become something I enjoy and want to do?

21 Days: The Habit Challenge

I will exercise 6 days a week and rest on Sundays for the rest of September. Including today that is 21 days of exercising with one break per week. Anyone else want to join me? Leave a comment so we can support and encourage one another. If you do not wish to blog about it everyday, put up a calendar so I can root you on and see your commitment. Be sure and take your measurements and a photo before you begin! I'm ready to get started!

  1. I'm with you! I'll post about the challenge too! I need some encouragement at this point. Exercise is one of those things that I just can't seem to get on track. I do it for a couple of weeks and then quit.
